TCL Partners was selected as the General Contractor for GoDaddy’s office build in 2013 and subsequent expansion projects in 2014 and 2015. During the planning and build phases, the TCL team brought insight and experience as they presented value engineering solutions to drive TI costs down. TCL did an exceptional job partnering with our architects, FFE vendors and internal technology teams to build a showcase office.

I highly recommend the TCL team of Ryan, Adam, and Brian. At the beginning and throughout each phase of the project, there was an open line of communication and coordination of work through the various stages. This communication was important and vital since the hotel was fully operational and running at a high occupancy level. TCL worked closely with the hotel to minimize negative guest impact that goes along with hotel renovations.
