TCL is a boutique general contractor firm that specializes in groundup, luxury office and retail construction, industrial, and tenant improvement projects. Brian Merisko

Principal

Brian is a founder and shareholder of TCL Partners. Brian started his construction career in 1985 and has decades of experience in shell and core, tenant improvement, and building renovation work. His primary experience is in project management, cost estimates, design concepts, subcontractor management, field administration, and supervision. Brian spearheads company operations and works to ensure that commitments to our clients are exceeded.

Cari Gray

Chief Financial Officer

Cari is also a shareholder of TCL Partners. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization. She has over 20 years of construction accounting experience and holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting along with a Masters in Finance. Cari provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts. Her job duties consist of contract administration, management of local, state, and federal regulatory matters, and maintaining strong relationships with surety, insurance and banking.

Carl Merisko

Vice President

Carl has a bachelor’s degree in construction management and began his career in the HVAC sector. His responsibilities have included estimating, subcontractor management, RFI preparation, change order pricing, shop drawing review, and closeout procedures. Carl works closely with the project on-site team, along with the in-house administration to provide subcontract buyout, field coordination, shop drawing review, and quality control processes. He has extensive experience working on fast-track and complex tenant improvement projects.

Ryan Caton

Project Manager

Ryan has managed both office and retail buildings, as well as tenant improvement projects. He places a strong emphasis on satisfying project constraints of budget and schedule without sacrificing the designer’s vision. His sensitivity to design has given TCL the competitive edge needed to retain repeat clients and architects alike. From initial client contact to project completion, Ryan is committed to providing a high level of involvement and management. His resume includes projects ranging from cost-sensitive renovations to large Class-A office build outs and structural renovations.

Adam Emiliusen

General Superintendent

Adam has worked in construction for over 20 years and has experience in both luxury residential and commercial tenant improvements. He has worked with a variety of clientele and is especially familiar working with confidential clients. Adam assists with constructibility reviews, planning, scheduling, and the development of Safety and Quality Assurance plans. He oversees all construction activities and ensures that all operations are efficiently sequenced to minimize cost and time impacts. Adam supervises the TCL crews and subcontractors to ensure that expectations for quality are achieved.
